Expanded Metal Mesh
Cut from a single sheet with staggered slits and then stretched, so the diamond openings are formed rather than joined. There are no welds and no loose wires — the panel is as strong as the sheet it came from.
Supplied in 8 × 4 ft sheets from 1.6 MM to 3 MM, in mild steel or galvanised. Used for walkways, machine guards, ventilation grilles and shopfront shutters.
